Audax issues €35 million of unsecured senior debt in MARF, BME’s Fixed Income Market. Audax Renovables has tapped its existing October 2023 bond, that was originally issued in October 2018 with €35 million bringing the total bond outstanding amount to €70 million. The new bonds carry a 5.5% coupon and was issued with a yield of 4.3%.

PKF Attest is the Registered Advisor for the issuance of this bond in MARF.

In addition, the company runs a commercial paper program, also in MARF, of which PKF Attest is the Registered Advisor.

Audax Renovables has a rating of BBB-, stable outlook by Axesor.
